Kevin Booth, and wife Cindy, pioneered The Turning Point Church with 12 other people in 1994. With a big heart & vision, we started in the auditorium of Ontario High School. We felt like little fish in a big fish bowl in that large auditorium, but we quickly grew. Over the past 16 years, we have seen many salvations & miracles at the hand of God. We continue to reach for a God given vision with faith & diligence --- we want to reach the lost and immediate community with the love of Jesus , then our nation and other nations as the Holy Spirit directs.

The Turning Point Church has grown into an ethnically diverse and lively family. We have people from a variety of backgrounds, nations, races, and ages. TPC is an autonomous, self-governing local church established on the pattern of the New Testament early church. Using the Book of Acts as a blueprint, the church is structured with local ordained elders as well as apostolic relationship with other Christian leaders outside of the congregation. The church is affiliated with New Covenant Ministries International .
